Damaged or Defective
We painstakingly take our time to sculpt and create your swimsuit, but sometimes things happened.
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Also, please have your order number available when you message us.

Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange your item please:
- Message us with your order number.
- We'll reach out and find out whether you need an exchange or wish to return the item.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
- All returns MUST have the hygienic liner still in tact when returned.
- Any exchanges with a balance due will be processed upon receipt of the item.
- Any exchanges or returns with a refund owed, will be processed upon receipt of the item.
Sale Pricing / Promotional Codes
All sale items and discounted items are for final sale. Quantities are limited. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new price are not able to be transferred to any previous order. We do not offer price adjustments.
On the checkout page there will be an opportunity to enter any valid promo code available to you. These promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. You should see the discount applied on the Order Summary section. If it is not reflective in your final checkout please contact us. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases. All items purchased with a discount code of greater than 15% are final sale.
New York State requires us to collect Sales Tax on any order being shipped or purchased with a New York address.
