Online Purchases Return Policy

This return policy applies to products purchased from Blue Coral Swimwear, LLC. Blue Coral Swimwear provides refunds for purchases made at Blue Coral Swimwear company owned official e-commerce site as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Blue Coral Swimwear will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at Blue Coral Swimwear’s official e-commerce site. All swimwear must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at bluecoralswimwear@gmail.com. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you email, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

Received the Wrong Item

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at bluecoralswimwear@gmail.com. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the differences between the item you ordered and the item you received.

Exchanges via Mail

To expedite your exchange, you may contact our Customer Service Department at bluecoralswimwear@gmail.com.

  • Please follow the instructions for returning your item by mail.
  • You will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

Returns via Mail

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days.

  • Returns after 30 days – If customer returns product(s) purchased from the Company’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days from purchase date, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Returns for PayPal Purchases – Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.

All product sales are intended for retail/ “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased from any of the Company’s e-commerce site without the express prior written consent of Blue Coral Swimwear, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that Blue Coral Swimwear, determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72-hour period without the prior written consent of Blue Coral Swimwear. Blue Coral Swimwear may refuse to sell any products to any person that Blue Coral Swimwear believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.

Standard Return Shipping

  •  Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

How to Submit a Return/Refund via Mail

  • Email bluecoralswimwear@gmail.com to notify the company of your request to return, please provide your order number when submitting your request.
  • Upon company acknowledgement of your request to return a product please follow their instructions.
  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • If the original box is unavailable, then advise Blue Coral Swimwear and we will have a new box sent to you.
  • Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
  • Affix the pre-addressed label to the package.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
  • Packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping method. Please retain the return tracking number for your records.
